This is our route in for people starting out or changing direction. You'll complete a free, structured remote training programme and, on passing an anonymous assessment, receive a job offer as a Business Support Manager — coordinating client onboarding, support and day-to-day operations across our products. Everyone gets equal access to the training, and the process is identity-blind by design.

Key responsibilities

Complete the free remote training programme at your own pace
Learn how our SaaS products support public-sector and enterprise clients
Build skills in client support, coordination and documentation
Sit an anonymous assessment — a computer test (pass/fail) plus a chat interview
On success, join as a Business Support Manager supporting clients day to day

Essential experience & skills

Enthusiasm to learn and build a career in business support
Clear written and verbal communication
Well organised, reliable and methodical
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Willingness and ability to obtain clearance (BPSS, SC or higher)

Desirable experience

Any customer-facing, administrative or coordination experience (including volunteering or placements)
Interest in SaaS, technology or the public sector
Confidence with everyday office and collaboration tools
